Every artist, operator, and aligned partner within the 3PG ecosystem owns what they create. This is not a courtesy — it is a structural requirement. No external party holds rights over what is built here.

No Permission Required

3PG was built to eliminate the need to ask for permission — from labels, from institutions, from systems, from anyone. The infrastructure exists so that the aligned can operate at the highest level on their own terms.

The 3% Standard

Every partnership, every deal, every collaboration is evaluated against one question: does this serve the long-term sovereignty of everyone involved? If the answer is no — we don't do it.

3 Percent Global treats every idea produced inside its ecosystem as an asset — not content to give away. A song, a doctrine, a framework, a body of teaching: if it was built here, it gets registered, tracked, and administered like the asset it is.

Our Model

Creators and contributors keep what they make. The holding administers — it does not own. Songwriter, teacher, writer, strategist: whatever the discipline, nobody signs their work away to 3 Percent Global. We collect and protect on your behalf. You keep your work.

Every Branch, One Standard

Music. Knowledge. Doctrine. Capital frameworks. Whatever the medium, the same rule holds: registered, protected, and accounted for — in every market this infrastructure touches.

Anything carrying the 3PG name or mark — music, media, teachings, frameworks, brand assets — is protected under Canadian and international law. Nothing gets used, reproduced, or distributed without explicit written authorization.

Media & Sync

We pursue placements for the catalogue — music, footage, archival material — in film, television, advertising, and interactive media. Fees vary by usage, territory, and exclusivity. Every request is reviewed and negotiated directly.

Use Of The Mark

The 3 Percent Global name, insignia, and any branded material may not be used, referenced, or implied to signal affiliation without written consent. This applies to merchandise, media, events, and any commercial use.

Master Use & Clearance

Any use of a master recording, teaching, or archival document from the 3PG catalogue — including sampling or interpolation — requires clearance before it happens. Submit requests to licensing@3percent.global with project description, intended use, territory, duration, and budget.
