Our Model

Creators keep what they create. The label administers — it does not own. No songwriter ever transfers ownership of their compositions to 3 Percent Global. We collect on your behalf. You keep your work.

Global, Without Exception

The 3PG catalogue is registered and protected in 210+ countries. Every market. Every platform. Every use. If someone uses the music, the ecosystem gets paid.

All music, audio recordings, visual content, brand assets, and intellectual property associated with 3 Percent Global Inc. and its artists are fully protected under Canadian and international copyright law. No content may be used, reproduced, or distributed without explicit written authorization.

Sync Licensing

We actively pursue sync placements for the 3PG catalogue in film, television, advertising, and interactive media. Licensing fees range based on usage, territory, and exclusivity. All sync requests are reviewed and negotiated directly by the label.

Master Use Licenses

Any use of a master recording from the 3PG catalogue requires a master use license. Submit all requests to licensing@3percent.global with the following information: project description, intended use, territory, duration, and budget.

Sampling & Interpolation

Unauthorized sampling or interpolation of any 3PG catalogue is strictly prohibited and will be pursued legally. All clearance requests must be submitted in writing before any recording begins.
